Hi All

Did anyone notice that when you are on the forum page(main page) where the topics are
if you scroll down all the way to the bottom where it says" about us, testimonials etc" there are 2 ads by google for pay day loans.
Is there some way to remove them

Those are Google Adsense and are drawn here by key words such as payday. There is no stopping them. I suggested putting a disclaimer somewhere regarding them but I don't know if that suggestion is still under consideration or not. It does look as if we support those individual companies. It would be like having a Pro Life website with Planned Parenthood placing an ad through adsense. It just doesn't seem right but you can't stop them.

This is an issue that we have been trying to resolve for a long time. We will continue to ask Google to keep these ads off from our site. DebtCC depends on the Google ads to maintain the monthly expenses to keep this site operational. Please be patient with us as we work toward only having ads that our positive in nature.

Peace,

~Polly

Please read point number 12 in the TOS of the website. We have already mentioned about our having NO affiliation with the pdl companies and the ads are solely generated by the google adsense program.

I will work with my technical team and put a disclaimer just where the google ads are generating on the website pages. This will give everyone a clear picture of our company. Thanks to Polly for her suggesting about the disclaimer just besides the ads.

Regards
Mike

getfirefox.com

Then, install this addon:
addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1865

and then this one:
addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1136

That will install Firefox browser (which kicks IEs ass) with the Adblock extension and the automatic filter updater. I NEVER see a single ad here. Not a one, though this site still gets the credit of displaying the ad to me.

Free yourself from Internet Explorer.
