I have not heard of either but someone may come along that knows about either company. I have heard of United Processing and they will do whatever they can to scare you into paying. Do not let them scare you. Know that these loans are considered illegal and uncollectable in the state of KY.

cprice, You said you have stopped payment on these, have you closed your account..if you have only stopped payment, they can still access your funds by using a paper check or debiting under a different name. These two pdl have been renewed each time so 60 every two weeks for since May 17th so over 300 in just finance charges. I have not closed the account yet thinking that stopping the ach debits would do the trick. Guess I will be going to the bank tomorrow. Can these companies put your information into teletrax so you can not write checks any longer? I need to get these resolved, I was so stupid for taking them out to start with. Cprice, so these are internet. telecheck is the one that monitors checks...and as far as I know, internet pdls do not do that....And do not feel stupid. We are all here becuase we have done the same thing. The important thing is you are doing something about this. DO take care of your account and be sure it is not going to be forced open.
