Quick Message Problem

Is this happening to anyone else? I have had QM's from three guests and when I answered them, they came back to my page! Is there some way we can fix this? Thanks!

I think if they are guests they come back to your page because since they aren't signed up, the messages have nowhere else to go. That is the only way I have been able to answer geusts that come to my page too.
