Looks like it would be about $3 just to list it. Then if it sells, they'll take another $11.82. So figure maybe $15 altogether.

In the state of the economy, I would recommend doing the fixed price. An auction listing will probably get you jack squat or much less then you hoped for.
As for shipping, I would recommend finding out first how much postage will actually cost and maybe tack on $1-2 for 'handling'. Ebay has gotten more strict about charging too much for shipping
