You're right. This company has a professional website and yet when you try to contact them by phone they are very unprofessional (hard to reach).

And the guy I reached a couple times sounds like he's in India.

If this were a professional company I would be able to reach a person with more ease, and I wouldn't have to struggle to understand what he's saying because of his accent.

This is a professional company and you will be able to reach a live person. Do as Shazzers suggested and click on the live chat button to speak to someone over the internet that way everything will be written down so that everyone understands the questions and answers being asked:)
