lead provider question

Hey all!
I was doing some research to better know about the process my clients take in handling consumers Dept, to better develop our campaigns as well as companies I shouldn't be working with. I have lurked here before when doing research and I appreciate all the info.
I have read the ToS and am unclear if you have a place to promote my services to the membership without upsetting anyone so I figured I would just ask before I did anything stupid.
