Good piece airing on Inside Edition

I just saw a ad for the show "Inside Edition" for Monday's show they are tracking down someone who cheated folks out of money instead of settling their debts as promised...Not sure who it is but it looks like its gonna be a good one.

Just set my DVR to record this so we'll see who the culprit is.

Hi,

They checked out a few of them but the big report was about Family Credit Counseling. The Inside Edition show is on the website (same name) and there is also a transcript online.

Apparently there were 3 people who went to 3 different counseling agencies: Family Credit Counseling, Debt Solutions Foundation, and an unnamed one (on the transcript) that the test person thought was run through a local charity. These were supposed to be non-profits, but they were all linked to one man.

They suggested, and I advise too, to check RipOffReport and the BBB **FIRST** before you get involved with any business like this.
