Can you direct me on how to find out if they are legal and if I have to pay anything further to them?
the names of the companies are:
Kenwood
CMG Group LLC
US Fast Cash
Mycashnow
and
Zip19 which I have paid back and reloaned so it made it seem more legit?
I have paid so many fees because I couldn't pay the full amount so I am looking for some help:confused:

For Zip19, take a look back at all of your loans and subtract all of the interest you've paid in the past from your current loan.
If you have a balance, set up payment arrangements. If you've overpaid request a refund.
Your first step is to close your checking account. Then contact your lenders (email is fine) using example letters you'll find here.

[SIZE=3][FONT=Arial Black]I have spoken with the State of ME (DEPARTMENT OF PROFESSIONAL AND FINANCIAL REGULATION BUREAU OF CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION )and they advised that the PDLs are all illegal and that I only the principal of the loan plus a fee of $25.00. I closed out the checking account as the freeze ACH wasn't going to work and I've sent all the letters off to each via email as I am having the hardest time finding real US addresses for mail. I've already received 3 phone calls at home, 1 on my work voicemail and 1 on my cell. Hoping that will not increase as this goes on but realize it could.[/FONT][/SIZE]
