How come I have to give my checking account # and router # in step four to submit an application with you?

Step 4 is applicable only when the registered members enrolled in the consolidation program wish to make payments through their bank account.

You don't have to give this information when you are applying for a free counseling and know about the program. We just need your contact information so that the consultant can offer you a professional discussion.

I posted the topic previous to this one. It stated that I had an initial consultation with a company that stressed settlement not consolidation after signing up with your website. Now I've tried to click your link to get another consultant regarding consolidation but it won't allow me to fill out the proper information it says, "you are logged in you can not use the signup form again. If you want to use the signup form for some one else who you know. Please logout and then use the signup form."
Do I just logout and signup again with the same information I gave the first time?
