Preferred Cash, United Cash Legit?

I have united cash, preferred cash, and cash advance on my credit report with three seperate amounts that I owe. They all have the same address in Houston, Tx. I lived in MD at the time I borrowed and have now moved to another state. Can these be legally added to my credit report and how can I get them removed?

Is it on your credit report or teletrack report? Usually, IPDL lenders do not put things on your regular credit report unless they have gone to collections.
