I am currently married.. and my wife and I have a few things we would like to get taken care of before we purchase our house. Currently... there's school loans(mine's in repayment, her's not repayment yet) a car loan, 2 CC's(only about 800bux total) and then prolly about 5k in misc. bills/debts etc.

What would be the best way to combat this? I hate being behind in bills, but sometimes life throws a curve and we get f'ed over.

If anybody would like to chat w/ me to advise..would be awesome).

Hi mazdaspeed

I might have seen this thread later. I have responded to your post in the earlier one you wrote. Please have a look here.

You can freely use the consolidation program without any doubts. The purpose of this program is to improve your financial standing in front of your future lenders. Its main objective is to restore a good credit rating of the consumer and entering into this program will make it happen faster and more securely.

debt consolidation program consolidates all your monthly bills into one low payment and at lower rate of interest. Thus, your credit report will start improving when you have taken responsibility towards your past unpaid debt.

In the debt consolidation program, as long as you stay current on the consolidation loan payments, your credit rating will be viewed more favorably than before.

The creditors also appreciate your enrollment in the debt consolidation program as they find you taking this responsibility to erase all your past debts and thus acquire better credit rating in the future.

There are many benefits offered to the consumers while using this program. Please be aware of them after you have enrolled for it.

Not only credit cards, consolidation program will combine all those unsecured debts that are not attached with any kind of property. You can put your old utility bills, collection accounts and the similar ones.

I read in your post that you have a mixture of secured and unsecured debts. Take a consultation and discuss the best options of your repayment with the expert? Have you got the call from him? :D
