payday/credit card debt

I currently have about 6 pay day loans out. After reading the posts here, I went back on my bank records and it seems they are all paid in full, and then some. The most trouble I had is with BIG international. They called work and spoke to a co-worker about my debt. I reported them to the Mass attny generals office. Now I see payday loans aren't legal in Mass, so One by one I plan to write and get a paid in full letter.
Now the credit card debt, well I had the pleasure (not) of dealing with the law Firm of JA Cambece. I was bullied into making 2 payments already. After reading about him, he is not licenced to collect in Ma, I will be calling tomorrow to demand my money back and to stop with the 2 other withdrawls. This is over a 900.00 credit card balance.
This site has been a real eyeopener. I have learned so much. When you are so far in debt, these people know how to scare you when you are uneducated as to their paractices.
I am currently thinking about chapter 13, as I will have access to funds withing the next few monts. I have 1/3 of a trust my father set up, and my family home is for sale. Once that sells, I will be able to pay off all my debt and still have funds to save. But between now and when that happens I am getting calls daily, none of the creditors want to wait for their money and they all want it now, and not in small amounts either.

I know how it feels like. At least if you can send the amount you can afford now, they won't get a chance to take you to the court.
Go ahead and get the PIF letters from the pdl companies. Pdl is prohibited in MA. You are responsible to pay the principal amount only. They can't charge you anything in interests and fees.
Check the collection agency if they have posted the payments to your account. If not, you need to put your complaint to the MA attorney general and the BBB. You must report the CA to the DFI of your state for running an unlicensed business.
