located in texas, took out loans that i found out are not cso, registered or license to lend in texas. I tried to request for them to stop taking money out of my account due to my bank being overdrawn by them and i had stop putting money in that account of course they didn't listen and continued to hit my bank and even though i tried to bring my account to a zero to close it and dumba-- chase makes you wait 24 hours before they will and when i called to close it they hit my bank again so again chase would not allow me to close it even though i told them my account has been compromised.so i threw in the towel i guess you can say and sat back to see how long it would take for chase to finally come to their senses to reject these transactions. Here my account sits now in the negative of $1,634.00 and chase is now not allowing them to go through but charging me a return fee. I already recieved a notice from chase that if i dont clear up the matter with my account they will charge it off and charge me 30 dollars. They say they give you the option to work out a payment plan but that leaves my account to be overdrawn all over again. I don't know what is the best solution...........................please help.:(

Hi Imzavala,

I will suggest you to negotiate with Chase and try to convince them so that they can offer you an affordable payment plan to pay off the debts. You can even negotiate with them so that they forgive the overdrawn money from your account. It will take some time to convince them but you should hold your patience.

Take care
