Third party CA responded to my Validation request with details of Balance, Original Creditor, a/c number, ssn # printed out on the collection agency lettter head and mailed it to me.
Is this a proper validation? If not, I do I respond to this validation?

Thanks

Are you disputing any of the debt? Has the debt been sold or is it being worked third party? What type of debt?

FDCPA Section 809. Validation of debts [15 USC 1692g] (b) If the consumer notifies the debt collector in writing within the thirty-day period described in subsection (a) that the debt, or any portion thereof, is disputed, or that the consumer requests the name and address of the original creditor, the debt collector shall cease collection of the debt, or any disputed portion thereof, until the debt collector obtains verification of the debt or any copy of a judgment, or the name and address of the original creditor, and a copy of such verification or judgment, or name and address of the original creditor, is mailed to the consumer by the debt collector.

I did dispute the validity of the debt. The Third party C did respond with details of name of Original creditor and amount ther of. They did not provide any evidence of statements or agreements. How do I go about from here onwards? Do I dispute their validation as improper?
Appreciate your input. - Thanks
