PDL's in OH

I am a resident of Ohio and currently have 8 payday loans outstanding. It is my understanding after doing alittle research...in OH PDL's are legal. However, we as OH residents can not be charged more than 28% on the existing loan and $1.08 finance charge on every $100 of a loan issued for a 14 day period. Is this correct?

My real concern and question is after reviewing the Dept. of Financial Inst. in OH in order to determine if my PDL are legal lenders in OH...if they are not found on this list (and I know it's common for them to be under different names; so this throws us a curve ball) does this mean they are illegal and I would only owe the principal of the loan? Or would I still be responsible for principal plus other charges from the PDL? Once this ? is determined then I can proceed with calling each PDL and setting up payment arrangements. Because on some of them, I have re-newed the loan and have paid or almost paid the principal.

Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated. I want to be fair and pay back what I stupidly borrowed but not to be taken advantage of either.

Thank you so much!!!:p

Just FYI - my PDL's are Bayside Cash, Integrity Advance, IdealGelt2, Fast EFunds, ActionPDL, White Hills Cash, VIPLoanshop and CashNet USA.
