PIF needed to stop collectors?

In 2009 I had a $400 PDL from Paradise Cash Advance. On the contract the loaner was a company called:

IEG,LLC
Hunkins Waterfront Plaza
P.O. Box 556
Charlestown, Nevis
West Indies

I have only an email address for Paradise. I am getting collections calls from another entity and have sent the email to Paradise demanding a PIF and a refund. My requests are being ignored. This poor communication is what caused me to never be able to pay the thing off to begin with. I paid it. Over 1200 I paid to settle this. They say I never made the settlement. The bank shows two transactions that took place to settle. So, I am done with trying to appease them. Since the loan was from Paradise can I actually demand a PIF from IEG? This does not appear on my credit report. Should I just ignore the whole thing? I filed a report with the FTC. I would just like to stop this collection thing from happening again once the debt is resold.

Thanks.

It really doesnt matter what state you live in when it comes to offshore lenders....,they are all unlicenced and illegal. You owe principal only...no fees, no interest. Cease and desist all collection agencies contacting you....tell them they are collecting on an unlicensed lender and the contract is invalid. Pay them back at YOUR own speed..follow the link in my signature line for information on how to deal with them.

I have sent the letter but am getting no responses. I did this last Friday, to the email address for customer service. I got a delivery receipt plus they must have sold my email address because I am getting blasted with spam.

I remember only taking out one loan and a week later I started to take out another but never completed the transaction and never got a deposit for it. So, I only know that I had a loan for $400 which I more than paid for. Even paying the negotiated amount through their collections department. I mean over $1260 for this whole mess. I feel like I am losing my mind. What more do they want from me and why will they not send me a PIF? I filled a report with the Indiana AG office and the FTC. Seems like this is going no where. Does it ever just get to a point where you ignore it and it will just go away?
