I havent sent a CD yet but will, I did recieve a week after a letter from cashcall going over the contract and stating that
the loan is valid. what I dont understand is if they turned it over to collection why when I send a letter to the collection company stating that Im not paying any thing more and Ive paid the principal and above back I get a letter from WS about contracts whats going on?

At this point, I dont think there is anything more you can do. Just ignore. If not already done so, report to your state's AG and the FTC.
