Help! I can't pay back my payday loans on time

Hi my name is Kelly and I have too many payday loans that I can't pay back. They just keep trying to debit my checking account but there is nothing left to debit. I need help trying to settle with these companies so that I can get back on track. I live in California and have 10 payday loans.

ChecknGo – borrowed 255, owe 300, paid 0 on current loan

Moneytree – borrowed 255, owe 300, paid 0 on current loan

Speedy Cash – borrowed 255, owe 300, paid 0 on current loan

Mobiloans – borrowed 400, owe 409, paid 100

USFastCash – borrowed 250, owe 325, paid 225

Everest Cash Advance - borrowed 400, owe 520, paid 565

Zip 19.com – borrowed 550, owe 659, paid 0 on current loan

Cash Central – borrowed 510, owe 615, paid 0 on current loan

CashNetUSA – borrowed 500, owe 550, paid 0 on current loan

Advantage Cash Services - borrowed 300, owe 390, paid 0 on current loan


I got stuck in a hole of taking out more PDLs to cover the fees of the ones I had already taken out. I have had multiple loans with many of these companies and the amounts paid don't account for the hundreds of dollars I have paid in NSF and overdraft fees.


Please help me find a way to negotiate with these companies so they stop trying to debit my account that is already overdraft and they don't call my work or family.


I had issues with everest cash advance and I filed my complaints with all agencies,AG, BBB, and FTC! I don't remember if I saw but what state are you in have you checked this site because it tells you what states they are illegal in and some if not most of the ones you listed are illegal. I would close my bank account if you get direct deposit let the bank put a deposit only status on the account and you set you a new one. The lenders will harass you trust me I know, but don't get weak, protect your money, this site has alot of great information and people more than willing to assist you in you quest to be debt free!!! It will be rocky but it does get better.

I do have some more info. I am working to close my bank account with Wells Fargo. I have also sent ACH revocations to all lenders and have been able to set up an arrangement with CashNetUSA. I also have loans with Plain Green, Great Plains and Western Sky, now serviced by Cash Call.

This is my second loan with Plain Green. I have had a total of $1600 deposited between the two loans and have paid them $2130.

I have received $800 from Great Plains and paid back $448.05.

I received $1000 from Western Sky and have paid back $1439.65.

I live in California now but was in Colorado when I got the loan from Western Sky.

Kelly,

Check to see if the lenders are legal in your state. Im pretty sure Western Sky and Great Plains are illegal and if they are you only have to pay back principal onlly. Go into the forum on payday loans and repost the companies and your balances someone will give you alot more information on how to get help.
