Which forum?

Would it be better to post a question here or in the collection agency forum? I had several questions, but contained them within one thread in the other forum, but I don't know if anyone is seeing my thread or if everyone is just busy getting ready for the weekend.
It's the thread about needing help filling out papers. I also had seen where there was a problem viewing the threads and didn't know if that was resolved, so please excuse me if I've posted in the wrong place.
And if my thread would be seen better here, should I just copy and paste it in this forum?
BTW, I do appreciate all the help and wish I had found you several years ago! :D
