My QUESTIONS are: Is this the legal way to approach our situation? Is there a certain form to use or format for the revocation letter? What exactly do I need to share with the bank manager as to why we want a HARD DEBIT BLOCK?
Today is Wednesday, the payday loan checks will go to the bank on Monday, so I need to act quickly. We have every intention of repaying, we simply need additional time as we are so over our heads that we cannot even make our rent payment if we pay a single loan so it is time to do something different and ASAP. PLEASE assist us if anyone can. Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I did see where we are entitled to a 90 day extension so to speak for our state of Nevada. I still do not know exactly how to make our plan of action. I need help with like a plan. Like what to do 1st, 2nd, etc. Can you help?
