I am in so much debt and my husband does not even know I am going through this all by myself I became in debit borrowing money from friends and family members to cover the payday loans:
Eastside lenders

payday one

ace

Chck n go

cashnet
I don't know what to do I am so depressed and i have even conteplated suicide
I desperately need HELP......

Please! Suicide is never an option! It only puts a bigger burden on those you love and those who love you! You are only dealing with a little debt here! You really should tell your husband what you are going through! He is there to help you! That is why he is your husband! Remember "richer for poorer, in sickness and in health?" Turn to him and God! Now list your debts, the state you live in and how much you have paid! If you do not get a reply PM me and I will help you personally! I unfortunately do not have a lot of time right now because I am facing a similar situation! But I am facing it! So should you!

Cynthia, the members here I going to support you. How much do you owe the lenders you have listed above? Find out if payday loans are legal in your state and what you can do to negotiate just paying the principle. I understand your frustration as I am going through the same deal right now. Guess what though? I have about 3x the amount of loans that you do, and I am still here facing the lenders demands and making a few of my own :) You CAN do this... and the lovely people here will help.

You mentioned two lenders that need clarified,
Ace Cash?
There are two lenders that Ace ash could be, one is a legal lender and the other is not, is that Ace Cash Services OR Ace ash Express?

The other I am questioning is Cashnet?
Cashnetusa OR
Cashnet?
One of those are legal and the other is not.

Eastside lenders is NOT a licensed lender in the state of Ca., therefore, all you would owe them is the amount you borrowed to begin with, less any payments you have already made toward the loan, also, they can't charge any interest or fees since they are not licensed to lend in your state, please read the following link on how to deal with illegal lenders, CLICK HERE

Check n go, was this loan obtained online? They are members of the CFSA ( Community Financial Services Association of America), this is good news because it means you are eligible for an extended payment plan, but you have to ask for it, they won't tell you about it, and you may even need to insist because they are very reluctant to allow their customers to sign up for the EPP, but due to the fact that they are members of the CFSA they MUST adhere to the guidelines, which states if a customer requests and EPP, they must provide it. Read about the EPP at the link below:
http://www.cfsa.net/public_education_campaign/guidelines/guidelines_extended_payment_plans.html

Paydayone also offers the EPP, and so does Cashnetusa.

Cashnet is NOT a legal lender, so that is why it's important for you to clarify what the name of the lender is.

Cynthia, Don't let your debt get you down. There are so many people in the same position as you. Debt is so easy to get out of control if you let it. I have been there before. I have let my worry for debt consume my life and it is so easy to allow it to take over and make you depressed. I know that I do not know you personally, but I know that you are a person who deserves all the best that life has to offer. This can be a wonderful learning experience for you. You CAN overcome this. Listen to the people in this forum. We are all here for you. You ARE NOT alone. Some can offer encouraging words and others can help you with the steps to take to get out of your position. Hang in there and keep us posted!!

Bumping for Cynthia.....hoping she will return and see the care here.....Cynthia, please also go for some county mental health counseling....I work in CA as a counselor for a county....there is help out there just to help you get your thoughts clear.....and also they may have other programs to support and help you. My husband hid his debt from me for about 2-3 years....he felt much like you did. He also thought of suicide. Once the whole truth came out, we were able to work it through and he was able to see that suicide would have hurt me so much more. PLease post again and remember this is a temporary problem.....money is not worth taking your life over....this can be solved!!!
