Can someone please help me. I have a pdl out with cashnetusa.com. I live in Ohio. I acknowledge the fact that I did take out this $600 pdl. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I defaulted on this loan. This company is wanting to set me up on 3 payments of $254.95 every 2 weeks. I cannot do this. They are unwilling to set up any other payment plan and have threatened wage garnishment, etc. etc. What are my options? I believe they are licensed to do business in Ohio. I also think that internet pld in Ohio is illegal, but am not sure. Can anyone help me here?
