Good Afternoon,

Just a note, My father received a call this afternoon by your company, but to his disadvantage he was not able to communicate since the person who called him did not speak Spanish, so he asked me to please contact your company to find out what this was in regards to. So, I called and when I was trying to explain. I was treated very rudely by the individual who answered the phone and he hung up on me? What type of Customer Service is this? Sorry for the inconvenience, but as human being we deserve courtesy!!!!
