I ended up getting payday loans to help me out of jam. One of the payday company stated they would have a third party involved like the Credit bureau can they do that, after they say they don't do credit checks?

If your payday loans are from an Internet lender, they will not report to the credit bureaus. Most of them are not even licensed.

Who are you dealing with, what state are you, and how much have you paid on the original loan so far? Maybe we can help you with some advice on getting these paid off or marked paid in full if you have overpaid already.

So what happened did you end up paying or going to court and them actually suing you?

Besides all my PDL's I had other major financial problems including credit cards...I ended up filing bankrupt the day before my court date with them...which put an end to that.
Prior to filing bankrupt though, I was paying them through my consolidation program but that wasn't enough for them.

Sorry to hear about that.. I know we all get in a bind but it seems they want to keep on taking. I have thought of filing bankruptcy. I have one ipdl company threating to call my job and inform them i used there computer to committ internet fraud. That scares me a little. I don't want to lose my job. Should I send the a cease and desist letter? My payment is due on the 19th. I am suppose to send Western Union?? Can I get a copy of that letter somewhere?

If you look on the side under the Our Services section, you can click on Books and Click on the one title debt consolidation Sample letters for free (about the third one down). They have samples of several types of letters and there you will find a Cease and Desist template. I think it's title Stop Contact or something like that.
