Welcome to the forums. You can use your consumer rights as per the fdcpa law and prevent yourself from any unfair activities.

You can also report the illegal actions to the BBB, FTC, state attorney general office and request for immediate action.

Can you please share with us the problems that you are going through with Miracle Management?

Well, I have been paying this debt settlement agency over a year. I have close to $5,000(give or take) in
my settlement account. I cannot get them to settle
the smaller account- which could be done by now!!!
I cannot get them to answer any calls or find out what their plan of action is with the amount of money in my account.
One company had a settlement offer. They asked me to deposit more money
which I did and they still did not settle.

If a debt settlement company does not negotiate with your creditors keeping your interests protected and they do not contribute the money towards your account, then you should take actions against such unfair activities.

i have the same complaints. we chose to get out of their services. which from another forum site here will take longer then the 4-6 weeks they say. apparently they are moving to texas wehre the laws are different. check out the forum on page 2 here and read more about the mis-management of ur money and MMG...I am in the process of TRYING to get the information from them so I can get into a CONSOLIDATION instead of SETTLEMENT plan. I have enlisted the help of this website and am very pleased so far with the services..someone actually answeres the phone!!! :)
