"Drop Box" for complaints/issues by members

I wonder if there's a way to let members post into this forum without letting them actually view it - kind of like a "drop box".

That way, we can direct members to post their complaints/issues/etc and it will show up here, where the mods can discuss/resolve.

For example, maybe a member feels like a thread is getting out of hand. Instead of PMing a mod or admin, they would "drop" their complaint into this forum. Then any mod online could see the issue as it's posted, and either lock that thread or try to take control of the situation.

I can even go a step further and say we can create a "report this thread" button on the bottom of each page. When a member clicks it, maybe it gives a comment box where they can state why they are reporting it. (It will be easier to report spam this way too).

When they hit submit, their comment along with a link to that thread, will show up here in the mod forum. Then a mod can easily go investigate.

I know there is a way to do it. It was done on a forum I used to admin but the main admin was the one to set it up. I think they will be able to see their post only and the responses or they won't see anything at all.
