I don't know about the username. Could go either way. The message is fish-spam, and the included URL is bogus on the face of it. If you remove the hyphen, you'll get a site selling koi fish, etc.
I'd likely have deleted this out of hand, myself, since it has absolutely nothing to do with what it is that we do here. But you found it, so you get to deal with it.

I delete foreign language posts immediately anymore, since all of them are spam. I used to translate them and then repost the translated version and lock it. But why bother? It's just spam, and should be deleted.
