Suggestion to better our Ranking Chart

Hi,
Our site's Ranking Chart (http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/american/) needs to be developed. We want to help our visitors to find out some of the best Consolidation and Settlement Companies of a state to get out of debt.
In order to develop our ranking chart, we need some basic parameters on the basis of which we can rate the consolidation and settlement companies.
I have chalked out certain points, which I want to discuss with you all.
First of all, we will categorize different consolidation and settlement companies of a state into different groups, such as Platinum Category, Diamond Category, Gold Category and Silver category.
Now, on what basis we will rank these companies in different categories?
For this we need certain basic parameters which will qualify the basic quality of the concerned Consolidation Company.
Some of the parameters which has come to my mind initially are: -
1) BBB (Better Business Bureau) -
i) Is the company registered with BBB?
ii) What is it's rating in the BBB?
2) IAPDA (International Association of Professional Debt Arbitrators) - How many IAPDA certified professionals does that company has?
3) TASC (The Association of Settlement Companies) - Is the company member of TASC?
4) USOBA (United States Organization for Bankruptcy Alternatives)- is it a member of USOBA?
5) D&B (The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation) - is the company listed by D&B?
6) American Bar Association - is it registered with it?
7) Does the company deal with Payday Loans?
8 ) Does the company helps the distressed debtor to file bankruptcy?
A company will be ranked on the basis of the above parameters and will be categorized to different groups (Platinum, Diamond, Gold or Silver) in accordance with its fulfilling the above mentioned criteria.
I have come up with the basic structure as mentioned above. I need suggestion and discussion on the above along with other inputs to make our Ranking Chart better.
