I'm back. Finally. I plan on staying and helping as much as possible.

If someone would be so kind as to update me on anything I may have missed, I would appreciate it. Any new PDL Laws or situations I need to be aware of before I help someone? I'm up on the bankruptcy laws and such, but if there are any new situations in debt collection, etc, please feel free to share!

I miss everyone here, and look forward to renewing old friendships!

Thanks everyone! I'm glad to be back. Actually home from work sick today, and just getting out of bed. :shock: But I think I'm back in the land of the living...

Shazzers, if you don't mind, give me a quick update on the Ohio law, so I don't misinform anyone.

I'll try to be on in the evenings as much as possible to answer questions.
