I keep doing things in a very unorganized way (sometimes) expecting our members extended forgiveness :).

Guidelines I should follow
1) I shouldnt make a mod, I can have the mod team pick up the next mod.
2) I shouldnt make a debt Samaritan, all request should be forwarded to this forum.
3) Before starting a forum, you need to ask the moderator panel (sometimes :) as I post it to the pub(lic) )

You can add more things for me. I will really appreciate it.

Enjoy forum and Enjoy DebtCC family

First off, Vikas, you and the team do a great job!

I know from running a business it is long, hard work with usually no thanks and some grief

As far as the mods and debt sams, I think you and/or Mike should have a say in it, or at least be aware of who has been nominated--just my point, no hate pms., please

When you have this many members, it's hard to please everyone, and you won't- just do what's good for the group and Community, as a whole.

Keep up the good work, and thanks for making this community and Forums possible..Karen

While I think it's great that everyone should have input and it should and is definately welcomed here, I also believe that the final decision should come down to only one or two people--and that should be you, Vikas and Mike when he returns.
And Bossy is absolutely right. There is no way you can please everyone and it's not going to happen. I know from drawing up work schedules for employees that one person has to have the ultimate say-so, or else there will be chaos. Just my two cents...

The fact is that I am too busy with so many things esp programming and handling servers that I hardly get to know the exact matter. I always need help from our mods (and have got it all the time) in taking a good decision. I and Mike do discuss about the matter if it blows out of control.

I am glad that I have to take less decisions. Thanks to all our moderators and members for taking special care of everything.
