Is anyone else having this glitch??

Just found this tonight.....

The only names that show up are for the OP and for mods/debt sams....unregistered users and others do not. And it is in every thread I am looking at.
If anyone wants to know why traffic is so down in here, it is reasons like this. When someone finally gets to where they know how to post a thread, they wont have the first idea who's posting in it or where the advice is coming from.....I cannot imagine that a tech team could put together pop-ups that link to all kinds of places, but they cannot handle something like this. We are losing traffic in droves because the last thing that people need--more popups--is the first thing they will see, and sometimes the only thing. Why cant we focus on the basics FIRST and worry about the flash later on?
EDIT....we have popups to links that no one needs, but I couldnt even post a friggin photo so I had to link it....

Again, if the tech team would get their heads out of there asses, this could be a half decent site. Maybe if you got a tech team in the US instead of the Indian team you currently have that do not seem to understand what the hell they are doing. Traffic is HUGE as the creditboards dot com and every other site I go to.
