Work has been crazy...but I am thankful I have a job. My daughter also has had some issues and I have been helping there. Having her still in Indiana while I am here in Illinois has made for a difficult time...especially with gas prices and driving back and forth!!!
Things should let up a bit in the next couple of weeks and I am hoping to be able to get back on here with some regular visits. In the meantime....fill me in!! What's been going on....what have I missed??

Some of you may remember my sos who was injured in February at NIU?? Yesterday he and his girlfriend came over for brunch...and surprised me with their engagement!!! I am so happy for both of them...she was such a rock for him during the ordeal...and the perfect add to our little family. Now I have a wedding to help plan too!!!But not till next summer...thankfully.
