OK, I joined the group here to see what kind of help I can get.

I have told my story in a couple of other threads, so I will not go into great detail about it here.

We (my wife and I) have a decent/good credit score and good payment history, but our DTI is killing us. As well as payment due dates. Our finances are pretty much out of control and it is causing me great grief and many sleepless nights.

My house is maxed at 100% LTV so I cannot roll anything in to it. My house is also going on the market in the next couple of months and I will build again - further reduce my debt load.

I would like for all my bills (unsecured bills that is) to be under one payment so that we could better budget through out the month - but I do not want to hurt my credit.

Hi kmapro

All the unsecured bills will be combined together into one monthly payment and you will find it easier paying through the consolidation plan. Since you have a good credit score, don't let it go down. Accounts left unpaid hurt the credit severely. If you pay off these unpaid accounts at a shorter period, you will do the best thing to your credit and your scores will also go higher.
