I am unable to pay my other bills

I don't know what to do! CCCS of Dallas doesn't work with PDL companies because they don't work with them. I am getting physically ill dealing with stress of these loans. DESPERATELY NEED HELP!! I make a decent amount of money which would normally cover my bills but I had some unexpected events to take place and got behind and took the PDL suicide route.

Welcome to the forums :D we're glad you're here. First of all you have to take a breath and take care of yourself and you health. Nothing or no one is worth ruining your sanity and your health. When you signed up ,if you signed up for the free credit consultation,someone will be calling you. There may be a consolidation company that you don't know about that will wotk with that one pdl.Tald to the consultant and see what you can come up with. Many of us here have,or are,in the same position and have found solutions that are leading us to becoming debt free.Keep us posted :D ...Karen

Hi KDA, keep in touch with your loan companies also. I know they will be pretty hard to understand your situation but you have to keep them informed about your actions before they decide anything against you. You don't want to deal with a collection agency collecting for these debt accounts. right?? Call your lenders and offer them your payment proposals. Some will sound hard in accepting your plans in the beginning, but later everyone does if they want to get their money back. Besides, your effort to pay these accounts counts the most. If you can prove it by sending letters, there is nothing better than that in case some legal actions take place. You need to have your part of the story explained in front of the judge so that decisions are made in your favor.
