Midland credit Corporation has contacted me by phone to say that my husband (Donald) and I have an outstanding debt from 2002. They tell us it is from BP corporation, but we have no proof in our records of this debt. I have asked for them to send me proof in the mail. They say they have sent us the requested information three times, but we have yet to see it.
