cosolidate debt

Hello,
I have past debt from one credit card that had an original balance of 500 dollars but since i have not paid it in months probably a year it is now grown to be 1450 dollars, also i owe money to my cable company adelphia that is around 700 dollars and i have an old cell phone with verizon that i owe close to 900 dollars with i make enough money but all of them are either in collection agency hands or soon to be past that. My job makes 1200 dollars a month and i have an allowance of 1500 dollars a month
i would like to consolidate it all and just make one payment a month
