HELP! My creditors not receiving the payments

I have been using the Law Firm of Richard A Brennen, through Creditcure and I am experiencing problems as well! My paymets were all being sent to the creditors and then come July they were not receving payments I was dropped by the program from a few places and now I am about to be dropped from another one from NO payment! This is HORRIBLE I need a new company!

Which program did you sign for? I believe, you might have signed a debt settlement program with the law firm. In this program, the payments are not sent to the creditors each month. Your money is deposited in a trust account while the settlement company negotiates with your creditors and waiting for the proposal to be accepted. Did you call the law firm and ask the status of your account?
