I am unable to pay my minumum payments which are 758$/month on 26,395$ credit card loan at 24.45%. Most of my payment going to finance charges. Recently I lost my job moving outside USA for a job and want to know what ar my options to reduce the loan?

I can give payment from outside USA
I talked to one of guy in USDebt resolve and he told me that he can reduce my debt to 60-40%. I have to deposit 350$/month to my saving account. When I will have enough amount thay will try to settle the debt with credit card compnies.
My question is that will the collection agency contact me outside USA? if I am not paying the minimum payment. becaue I will be paying it to US debt resolve.

Your debt settlement company will be putting the deals directly to your credit company. If they have already sent your accounts to collections, you might expect some calls but you can forward them to your settlement company. You are hiring them to handle your accounts, so they are accountable for dealing with anyone regarding your debt account.
