I think a basic human right is not to be harassed illegally over debt!!!!!!! Just my 2 cents....
Western Sahara
I believe this is a political statement regarding Western Sahara. In 1975 Moroccan troops marched into the territory.
The United Nations has had a presents there since the late 80's.
Western Sahara includes; Saguia el Hamra,Rio De Oro,Algeria and other lying areas in between.
It's Located southeast of the Canary islands.
This is almost like the situation with tawain and China. Although Tawain sees itself as a sovereign government,China sees things differently.
The general Assembly was meeting today at the UN. So
that statement may have something to do with that.
