I work with a settlement company and from time to time they are required to payoff debts of persons buying or refinancing a house. I often do not have contact information for the companies.
I have the debtors name, ssn and usually account numbers.
Right now I have someone with their lender showing a debt to "WFNNB/Lerner" and a "State Tax Lien" to Florida...
Any help in contacting these entities?
