Stopped payment

[color=black][/color]I couldn't get a response from
this company so I happened upon this website so I
placed a stop payment on the auto withdrawals from
my bank, that's all to took I received a call from
this company I naste one I called back and told the
lady that I didn't want to speak to the man that call
could someone else help me as far as I could tell I
had pd my acct bal in full and they keep withdrawing
money, she was very nasty and stated all the info
was on their contract since then I have went thru
h-e-____ you can kind of fill in the blanks she has
responsed very very rudely per email to me- she has
given three different amounts that I supposely still
owe, I asked for a copy sent they said they couldn't
until I faxed them a letter, I did then she said that
the only way to get it to me was to fax it, I x-plnd
had to go to a store and have them it done when there
etc, said she couldn't, asked her to email it to me
stated couldn't because she couldnt cut and paste
then told her needed a copy for me lawyer who I contacted , then said would send has given me two
different days I should receive and still haven't received and suppose to have resolved with them
Please give advice how to proceed-Sorry so long winded.
