I purchased a mobile home that needed alot of work, not realizing that i would not be able to refinance in order to consolidate bills from repairing roof etc.. The property is worth 110000.00 when the market was strong.
I filed bankrupcy almost 3 yrs ago my score is only a 648 which was a 704, I made too many inquires which disable me to refinance and consolidate bills. I am at my witts end trying every avenue in order to keep my home and my sanity too, is there anybody out there that can help me? The reason for filing bankrupcy was a horrible abusive marriage. The funny things is that i only owe $45,300.00 and since i don't own the property which is lease, I am stuck, and it won't sell at all.

I am self employed, and business is like a emotional roller coast ride never know from one day to the next if i able to handle the debts that i have consumed.

Did you figure out if your credit report is actually displaying all the information correctly? Not all the inquires are often put correctly in the consumers report. In most cases, credit bureaus make errors due to handling millions and millions of consumer files. You should check each of the inquiries and figure out the incorrect ones hurting your scores. Do a consolidation on all the unsecured debts and improve your credit ratings gradually. The easy payment plans will help in clearing off your past debts and your scores will also improve.
