I also have had a nightmare with pay day loans
but the worst was with Genva Roth. They did
threaten me with fraud form my job and that they were going to get my laptop ceased. Some how they found my new bank acct# and they automatically deducted $400 from my account, causing my car payment to get returned and of course this caused a domino affect and I ended up with over 3 NSF's from my bank. At my bank I had to fill out a form that revoked Geneva Roth from taking any more money from my account. Thank God the $400 was reversed and they now can't take money from my account. Now I am wondering will they try automatically to take money under a differnt name? Also does any one have a phone# for Arrowhead investments?? This is another pay day loan company. I hope to get these paid off soon. I was desperate, my job changed and I am making a lot less but my rent is high + other bills and I am barely getting by. Hopefully things will get better, I just applied for a part-time weekend job and I hope this works out!!

It is possible for them to try to take money out of your account from one of their other dba's. What state are you in? And how much were the loans/how much have you paid in interest/fees to date? You also need to find your state pdl laws and file a complaint with your Atty. General's Office, because chances are this company isn't licensed to lend in your state.
