I currently have five web payday loans with an estimated total of $3800.00 and four storefront PDL's for a total of about $5000.00. Some of the storefronts are attempting to work with me. Others are not so friendly.

Online PDL's are: Mycashnow, PaydayOK, Apple Fast Cash, Urgent Cash Advance, and CUonPayday.

Storefronts are QuikCheck, Check n' Go, Approved payroll advance, and The Cash Advantage (rental center).

Any thoughts on consolidation? The urgent ones are the online PDL's, especially, MCN, PDOK, Apple, and UCA. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I'm currently in default on all the PDL's as I just got tired of playing the monthly game and attempted to take charge.

The online ones,check with your state laws to make sure they are licensed and can operate legally,alot are not.You can google them in the box to your left,or right of this forum and see what others are saying about them. The urgent ones that you must take care of first are your storefronts since they are licensed and will take you to court and sue.
The online pdl's probably aren't even licensed to lend in your state, so if I were you I'd try to pay the storefronts first.

The online pdls may put out a louder and scarier bark, but they usually are not licensed and are easier to stand up to once you get past the lies of having you arrested. I would make sure you revoke your authorization allowing them to debit your account for their ridiculous and illegal fees. There are companies that do pdl consolidation. Register as a member (it's free!) and you can receive pms from members who have been in your situation and can help you get out of this cycle.
