well where to begin. my husband and i have put ourselves in serious credit card and other misc. debt. we filed bancruptcy 8 years ago and we honestly do not know what to do now. it is very stressful to us, because we would like to be able to purchase nice things for our children someday. we are only able to pay out a month about 250. if this is not good, please let us know

You should be getting a call from a debt consolidator who will go over their program benefits. By signing up on this site, you were referred.
Have you looked at your credit report recently? Do you know exactly how much debt is owed? Is there anything about to fall off because of the SOL? These are things to consider if you're going to go into a condolidation program, and can only afford $250.
