First you need to either put a block on these companies from debiting your account or close the account and open a new one, this is probably the only way you are going to gain control back. Contact your utility companies and see if they will allow an extension or some utilities will allow you to pay a portion of the past due for a six month period along with the current amount of the bill, this will prevent shut off of your utilities. What state are you in and what companies are you dealing with? This will help so you will know how much you legally owe on the loans and if these are storefront or internet pdls. I would suggest going to langhornelaw.com , speak with them, they do debt settlement with pdls and this will probably set your mind at ease after talking with them to see what your options are. And the pdls are going to threaten you with fraud charges and arrest, don't get scared, it is a LIE and a false threat they use to scare you into giving up your money.
