I have a few accounts that I just can't seem to get caught up and pay them off! All are currently in collections and the call me with threats and convince me to make arrangements that I can't keep because all in all it involves a payment that realistically I cant make at this time so looking to find a credit consolidation company to help negotiate my accounts and get me out of debt, approx 4100.00 debt which by the way was 25,000 2 years ago got it down fast but with job lay off with both husband and I we hit a hardship and trying hard to get caught up with mortgage and car loan, and I feel I am always nervous and scared! I am not sure where to go and what to do but do know I want this debt gone within 6 months!
Is there anyone out there that can talk to me and lead me in the right direction and send me to a company I can trust, with my credit rating no one will give us a loan and we really need to clean up the credit rating as well as we will be looking at 4 children going to college in the next 5 years!

I understand how you are feeling!! But don't worry, everything will be alright. You will hear from a consultant soon with whom you can discuss about your debts. He will see how much you can afford the payments every month. He will be doing all the negotiations with your collection companies and help in paying off your debts in the easiest way. Take the advice of your consultant and get started with the program. Credit will improve gradually after the accounts get paid and updated with the bureaus. A little patience is required when you are doing this repair to your credit. I hope it works..
