I was married for 5 years to a woman from Austria. I did what I could to make our home nice and a good place to raise my children. I was blind sided by an affair and divorce. Then when she took my children to permantly live in Europe, I was left with over $30,000 in debt as well as mortgage and child support.

Have you considered talking to an attorney? If the debt was partially hers, then she should show some responsibility and help you with it.
Also, if you're paying child support, there should be adequate visitation. Was there a ruling on custody before she left the country?
