Debt Consolidation in order to avoid going to the court
Date: Wed, 11/15/2006 - 03:46
I just finalized a divorce less then a year ago, that took some time on her part cause she would not come to an agreement with me. However, I was left with all the bills from the marriage. Plus during that time my blazer was REPOED, and my trailer was forclosed on. I also had to get a few payday loans to pay for my child support payments which put me in further in debt and I could not pay them back becasue I kept falling further and further behind. Now Yesterday one of the payday loan center threaten to take me to court if I do not pay within the next 24 hours. Yesterday the only vechicle I own (1984 Chevy Suburban) that gets me back and forth to work just blew up the battery and all the electrical components around 1:30 pm and Now I have noway to get back and forth to work with out assists from "A" friends until I can get the truck fix. That is not going to last long. However, I cannot get my truck fix If I have to pay on this payday loan. I have to get some form of assistance now to stop these people from taking me to court ASAP.

keep your patience
Hi Generator46,
welcome to this forum. I would suggest you to be relaxed and keep your patience. These pdl companies usually make their customers panick striken and force them to repay. So my suggestion is just to look into the situation and try to gather some info about that pdl company. Please let us know if there is any update and also dont hesitate to knock us for any type of help.
Best regards,
Dave
