My husband and I bought a house about 4 years ago. Last year we found out we were expecting our first baby and we decided to restart our mortgage about 5 months ago and take cash out for credit cards, etc. We did not have the added expense of daycare at the time that we restarted the loan, because we had a person that was living with us to watch the baby during the day for the price of rent. We now are in a bind because we now have to pay for daycare each week, and our credit cards are now again close to being maxed out and we have medical bills (from having the baby)outstanding, that there is no way on our salarys we can pay. Now on top of having credit card payments, daycare, medical bills and other daily expenses we have a higher mortgage payment. We struggle each week to make our payments and live. I don\\\\\\\'t want to have to claim bankruptcy, just don\\\\\\\'t believe in it. I am looking for a better way to get out of this bind we are in and live a little more freely. We are making our payments on time for the most part, but only making minium payments. We have about $11,000.00 in debt (credit cards and medical bills) and our mortgage is about 157,000 we have a car payment of 403.26 each month. Whatever help I can get at this point would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

A lower payment plan will be fixed in the dmp. If you find hard to afford the consolidation payments, debt settlement can be another option. The total debt will reduce by 40 to 60 percent in most cases.

If possible, look for a part time job because this will make the present scenario easier and you will have additional money for rolling your daily expenses after making the monthly payments.
